Please allow 2-3 days for dispatch. Tracking will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched. 

For UK customers, we ship all of our items via Evri Tracked.

For international sellers, we ship all of our items via Evri International Tracked.

UK - 2/3 working days

Europe - 4/5 working days

USA - 10/14 working days

Rest of World - 14+ working days

 

Returns

We are happy to accept returns if there is an issue with your order. Examples can include defaults, marks, or incorrect sizing (that was not stated in the product description). If this is the case, we can accept returns within 14 days of your order arriving. 

When returning an item, please send the item tracked, as the item remains the buyer's responsibility until we have received the return.

Important for non-UK returns: When filling out the customs form, please mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ and declare a value of 0. This helps prevent unnecessary customs charges and speeds up processing.
